Bus terminal next door buses idling for hours every morning and people shutting doors loud and can everything in hall way hard to sleep They dont give all your deposit back when you check out they say you havent paid it all when you have to when you arirve before you get a room key. Room key wouldnt work 3 times when i arrived staff making it out like it was my fault I wouldnt stay again i actually want a refund for my stay

Lots of Asian people staying in that hotel. So it’s very noisy in the night time. Walls should be sound proof. Otherwise everything is ok.

Great hotel but not the best location
The hotel itself is very good, but location is not the best. Quite far from sky train, only option is bus or taxi but it’s traffic jam all the time.

Not a 4 star hotel
If you're really looking for 4 star hotel, this is not it. It's a nice hotel, but not a 4 star. How did it get that rating? Doesn't have the service level for 4 star. No concierge, no-one to get taxi. Disappointing that there is no shuttle bus for local ABC meeting facilities, Universities or Hua Mak airport rail link, just 1-3 km away. There are 2 separate lifts with a lines waiting for 1 lift but no hotel staff with initiative to direct guests to the second empty lift. Room bathroom 1 small towel per person, need 2. If they increase the service level this could be a good 3.5 star hotel, but right now I rate it as a good 3 star.

More than happy with the hotel and service that was provided. Not so happy with the location but that was my fault. Hotel/Area not widely known by taxi operators from within Bangkok. Best option was the BTS line direct to Bangkok, cheap and quick.

Very far from all shops
The first day I arrived i went to the room and wanted to shower i found spiders in every corner in the bathroom plus 2 of them in the room also flys everywhere specially in the bathroom where is the heater. The room isn't clean the cleaners don't really clean everything they just mop the floor and change towels and take the garbages but bathrooms sheets beds they don't even change them at all or take dust or clean the bathrooms it was terrible also there isn't in air conditioner in the hallway

Nice hotel but not good to sleep.
Hotel and staff itself very good and clean, but very bad policies of check-in. A group of disrespectful Chinese arrived after midnight making noise until 4.30 am. Slaming doors, screaming a lot, laughing loudly, etc. And the hotel security despite a couple of complaints calls for that, they did not do anything about it. It was not a good experience for me. I booked there 3 days but left next day. They didn't' offer a refund at all despite the fact that received several complaints from other guests same night, I only received a simple apology from the reception staff.

Better places near by
Because of a lot of work going on in the area ( sky train ) taxi s find it hard to get into, The cleaners roll up any time of day between 0830 and 3.30 p.m. The freezer in the fridge was a block of ice , has not been cleaned for a month , All night to defrost. The clientele are mostly Chinese who seem happy enough bus loads nightly .
