The apartment complex was new and only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Nana Skytrain. The check in process was easy and the apartment was clean, had AC, washing machine and a comfortable bed. The host was not the most responsive as I had an initial issue with the internet not connecting to the network they specified in the check in e-mail. I also reached out to ask where the pool/gym facilities were, but never got a response from the host. Overall the place itself was affordable and clean, but I do feel at the price point there are several similar and better options available throughout Bangkok. Amenities were also very minimal with only one or two kitchen utensils, no dish soap/sponge, etc.

This place is new. Nice bed, quiet surrounding but close to lots of party places and drinking joints at Sol 11. Owner is at tentative and sends gentle reminders on check in and check out procedures which was helpful. I had a great stay here. Thank you
