Nice clean hotel.. Very convenient. Breakfast was a not great for the price but rest of the experience very good. Bar on rooftop is great.

Great property all good except the rooftop bar food presented well but the quality was sub par. The location of the TV made it hard to watch.

Very nice place, breakfast buffet was very complete! Love that watermelon juice they have, very tasty! Overall third time staying there and it won’t be my last! Ideal location for everything you might want to get into too! Thank you and keep up the good work, staff was excellent!

Great Bar and Restaurant at the top. There's not a lot close by within walking distance but, it was centrally located for the places we wanted or needed. The view of the city was nice and the bed was great. The breakfast was also very good although, not fond of the coffee machines (2). They were slow and clogged up sometimes.

The room was pleasant and adequate, except that the pIllows were terribly flat and offered no support at all. We asked for extra pillows but these were just as soft and flat. We couldn't sleep well and woke up with aching necks and shoulders. I had given the same feedback about the pillows from my previous stay but it seems nothing was done about it. Staff were lovely until our check out experience. Front desk staff seemed inexperienced and was quickly confused and harried when another couple approached the desk with an enquiry. She did not excuse herself from attending to us and went straight to them. In the meantime we were left waiting when in actual fact she had concluded our check out. After she was done with the other guests she continued to let us wait without a word (we thought she was updating our Hyatt membership points) until we asked if we could leave, to which she said, oh yes you can. The whole experience was rather unpleasant which was a shame as all the other staff had been wonderful so far.

The hotel is nice and quite but the view is not nice. The room is tiny and there were no extra bed sheets for the sofa bed
