Great little home away from Home within the bustle of Bangkok. Right next to BTS sky train. Clean, Tidy rooms. Perfect if you want something a bit more flexible than a hotel with access to kitchen etc.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The location is so convenient- steps from the BTS station with lots of dining options within walking distance as well. We liked the common kitchen area, the fairy tale theme and decor, and the apartment-like room. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic location, just outside Phra Khanong BTS station. Facilities were simple but all fine. Staff very friendly. A little loud at night as just off a very busy road but they provide ear plugs. Recommend a massage next door!

I loved the smallness and intimacy of this hotel. Each of the five suites are unique and have a fairytale theme. It’s very nostalgic and cute. You feel special there. A lovely place.

Oasis in the middle of Bangkok's bustle

Clean, quiet, relaxing oasis in the middle of the hussle and bussle of Bangkok. Perfect base from which to explore Bangkok as right next to BTS skytrain station. Shared kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals when not out exploring the local food scene. Check-in / check-out details well communicated in advance.

Do not just the book by its cover....

The saying "do not judge a book by its cover" perfectly applies to this property. It is a hidden gem..... the BTS station is just a stone's throw away and 4 stations away to Asok - my favorite place to hang out. I love this place and I will definitely come back.

家族3人でファミリースイートに泊まりました。部屋は綺麗でエアコンもしっかりしており、とても清潔でした。シャワーの水圧も十分でした。 プラカノン駅からすぐ近くなので、電車で直ぐに観光に行けて便利でした。 駅近ですが、夜は意外に静かで車の音はあまり気にならなかったです。 共用のキッチンにあった軽食も少しだけ頂きましたが美味しかったです。共用のランドリー(ドラム式、乾燥機は別にある)が自由に使えて洗濯も便利でした。洗濯機の表記が英語とタイ語で設定に苦戦してたら、スタッフさんが助けてくれました。 エスカレーターがなく、大きなスーツケースを部屋に運ぶのと降ろすのが大変でしたが、それ以外は不満な点はなく、パーフェクトでした。日本人の方が泊まっても満足度が高いホテルだと思います。

We stayed for a night during a stopover in Bangkok. Place is right next to BTS and food establishments. Very nice layout of the suite (Room 1) although we couldnt figure out why the outlets were not working.
