Transit hotel for airport. Swimming pool could have been cleaner - it was intensively used. Some shops and food nearby. Would consider using again but would prefer to use other nearby options that we have used before. In summary, was ok and served it’s purpose.

The good thing is that you are near the airport, while it is clean, at night there’s nowhere to eat other than Grab (25-30 mins away) I stayed for a night only so didn’t see much of it

Our sliding door lock in the room was broken. Door was not locking properly. While they provided bathing towels, there was no wash rags. Hot water kettle was not working. They had to bring in a new one after complaint.

Took forever for airport shuttle like 2 hrs be prepared if you want to contact to the hotel no one answer the phone or it will take forever for them to answer the phone. Hotel looks new and rooms are nice only down sides are super slow shuttle terrible communication and stuffs don’t care when you called for somethings at night.

The walls are apparently thin and you can hear voices clearly from the next room. Rooms are tiny and are not as spacious as shown on the promotional website. If you want a good nights sleep do not stay here.

Stayed for one night to catch a fight out at 7am the next morning - place was nice and clean with comfortable bedding and shower. Has everything you would need to stay and convenient airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Close to a street food market so very easy to walk out and get food instead of eat at the hotel which was nice. Room had a fridge but no microwave or plates etc so keep in mind when bringing food back to hotel room. We had 4 adults in our party, staying in the family suite which was large and comfortable for all of us. Only thing is they would only give us one key for the room which made it hard as we could not all go do our own thing as only one person would have a key. Asked the front for a second key and they said no which we all thought was very weird. Luckily one adult in our party had to stay in the room anyway to get work done so when we all left she was able to let us back in anytime. Would stay again when traveling through Bangkok but if I was staying in Bangkok longer I would probably get a hotel closer to town and all the action.

Appreciated the pool, restaurant, and modern room. Room was compact but well eqquipped. AC struggled a bit to keep up with west facing room, at night.

Didn't know it was so close to the airport, so now i will make this my hotel everytime i travel to Bangkok, and the take it from their specially when you get to Bangkok on a late flight or have to travel early in the morning, definitely will recommend it,

Nice hotel for a short stay, comfy beds & clean. Breakfast is basic could be improved by more being on offer. A 7 eleven in walking distance along with a market and some restaurants. Lovely pool area.

The place was clean, pool was great and used a bit, the breakfast food was ok but could have been hotter, always only just warm. The rooms were good and shuttle service was good. Only problem, they tried to charge me more than agreed booking price, when converted from Australian dollar to Thie Bart.

Small but nice rooms, good wifi, comfy beds! Only thing I didn’t like was I arrived at around 10pm and the restaurant was closed.. not to much around if you want to eat other than the 7-11 which was a 5 min walk!

The checkin associate allowed me to have a very late checkin for a fraction of a second night. Great fast airport pickup and drop off. I stay here regularly for the airport convenience. The location is just not close to anything other than the airport .

Perfect for an overnight before an early morning flight. Free shuttle to the airport. Nice pool. 7-11 as well as open air markets with fruit, vegetables, food and drinks within walking distance.

Great location and the shuttle to the airport was on time and great. We stayed in building 4 and the rooms there are definitely old and don't look like the rooms on the site. We had cobb webs in our bathroom and maybe a spider hanging as well. At night there was a club or concert nearby playing music until after midnight so we didn't sleep well and we had to check out at 4 am for our flight. It was fine for one night.

Staff not helpful at check in. Free shuttle was a nightmare. We had to stand for an hour waiting for shuttle. Guy at airport for GBS was rude and wouldn’t give us any information if someone as coming or not. I had written hotel in morning with our arrival time.Really bad service.

The rooms are very spacious which is great, but things are not being fixed properly, looks run down in the rooms, many things broken or damaged, and hastily fixed with incorrect or not matching materials. For the price and proximity to the airport, still good value. Pool was fun and nice to cool off in, a good place to stay for a day or two, close walk to small market and 7/11.
