Very friendly and professional staff. Enjoyed the service rendered. The only thing I will pick on is on breakfast service. Replenishment of finished items can be better managed

5 stars for the Concierge gentleman named Vee. He helped us navigate the metro and subway system and suggested awesome places for shopping and food. The room was amazing and spacious for us and our 13 year old son. This was our 2nd time in Thailand but we will back and will definitely stay at this place because of Vee. They have an amazing employee on their hands and I hope they know how lucky they are. He is knowledgeable. The pool and gym are great amenities. We didn’t try the restaurant next door since we love to eat local food when we travel.

Next to the BTS station - Saint Louis, just a few stations to go to Central World shopping mall. The staffs are helpful. The room is spacious and tidy. It was an excellent experience.

Great Room and Service
Excellent stay. The 2 bedroom family suite was perfect. It was very nice and comfortable. We could have stayed for a month. The location is great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Next time I am in Bangkok I will plan to stay again.

We experienced a warm welcome and superb hospitality from the whole team. We stayed with a 1-year old toddler and the whole serviced apartment felt very clean, dust-free, and there was a baby chair for his meals in the apartment. Breakfast was not the lavish but there was good variety in the cooked food for the entire week that we stayed. This is not a new hotel but it has been appropriately refurbished and we will definitely stay again when we are in Bangkok as its right outside St Louis BTS station (near the elevator too) and 7-11 and Tops Supermarket are within close walking distance

Favorite hotel in Bangkok
My wife and I love this hotel. It is the best hotel we ever stayed in Bangkok. The staff is incredible. It is very close to the BTS station St. Louis. I wish I could live there. Seriously. Our 1 bed room suite was close to 100 sm. Very nice and modern and super clean. We can\t wait to go back.

The Ascott Sathorn is a great place to stay for the location which is close to public transportation and a supermarket nearby. Also, the gym is a full-service gym not like other tiny hotel gyms. We always stay here on our visits to Bangkok.

RE: Worst bed I've slept on.
Very disappointed with Ascott. Wanted to try my country's establishment for the first time but..... It was the worst bed I've slept on. It's one of those cheap, hollow, springy kind of bed. Any little movement would shake the entire bed. Now I have a backache after sleeping on it for 3 nights. Please have the establishment invest in better beds for customer.

It was great to be back staying at one of our favourites in Bangkok. Ascott Sathorn is well located a short walk to Chong Nonsi BTS station. The apartments are spacious, self contained and well cleaned. We had 3 adults and 1 child so the extra space was required. Excellent service from all the staff on arrival and departure. Special mention of the fantastic service by the staff at Bistro Montmartre where we had breakfast on the second day. Loved our stay.

Great hospitality & amenities in perfect location
Great location of hotel. Walking distance to train, local markets, restaurants and more. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. Remarkable gym with 2 levels. Pool is nice. Didn’t get chance to use spa as it was temporary closed at time but there was one across street at another which we all received authentic Thai massage. Hotel has everything you need! Great experience!

Good stay now improved by new BTS station
The location has improved with the opening of the St Louis BTS station! The 2-bedroom unit is very spacious, well-equipped but could bear some upgrading such as providing USB ports next to the power points.

A beautiful facility
This is a beautiful property situated in a very nice safe part of the city. A lot of traffic on the road so when taking a taxi just be mindful but not the hotels fault. VERY attentive staff; the room is immaculately clean. Went here with my wife and nephew and niece for Christmas holiday and it was wonderful. Kids loved it. The breakfast restaurant is also clean and the food is very good - situated right off of the pool area so its a nice view. The restaurant attached to the hotel for lunch and dinner is great - a pub style restaurant with both western and Thai food. Entertainment at night. This is a GREAT facility if you are traveling with a family or even alone for a business trip. The staff is attentive and wonderful. Highly recommend.

Location BTS station a few minutes walk from appartments, supermarket, Starbucks, Seven Eleven and Pharmacy all within 2 minute walk clean and most of all pleasant and well train staff.

It is one night stay, however, the appartment was not clean and small, i asked for upgrade and i paid for it!! The upgarded appartment also was not clean , and old . Bathroom was not clean at all ....so many stains. Furnitures were old and not clean.

We love this hotel/service apartment. We stayed for 3 nights this time, but we come often. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. We booked 2 bedrooms suite, the room was spacious and clean. Nice swimming pool.

The one bedroom executive apartment is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. A home away from home in Bangkok. Hotel staff are courteous, helpful and very professional. Facilities are top notch. We highly recommend the Ascott Sathorn.
