Usually this hotel is ok, but not this time.
Breakfast should be included (I made sure of my reservation) but hotel side just told me “No, we don’t provide breakfast here!”. No explanations. They didn’t even check the details of my reservation at all. Also, the room smelled bad, so I bought a scent at a supermarket nearby. When I checked out, there was nobody at the front desk for 20 mins. I ringed the bell, but no one showed up. I wanted to leave without checking out because I had a plan to do, but I decided to wait for the staff because of avoiding any troubles later. (Also, I wanted to get the key deposit back from them.)

DON'T STAY HERE if you want to sleep well
Don't stay here if you want to sleep all night because they recently opened a bar on the top floor. To get to it, people have to go through the hotel. When they leave, they walk down the stairs, drunk & screaming, which echoes throughout the hallways where the rooms are. The music was loud and the bass reverberates through the floors & walls. You'll hear it no matter what floor you're on. Although the music stopped at midnight, people were shouting, partying, and moving things around until 2 a.m. I used to love this hotel, and I never reviewed it before because I was afraid too many people would book it on the weekends if I left 5 stars. It used to be a great deal with a good breakfast. I've stayed here 10+ times since February 2019. Around October of 2019 a new management company bought it and gradually set to ruining it. First, they raised the prices and made the breakfast small & not delicious. But, I stayed here anyway went I went to BKK because it's very convenient. Now there is no more breakfast at all, even though they advertise it. With the addition of the noisy bar, it seems they've totally killed their hotel business. The only people who will like it are Thai kids around 20 years old who want to party all night. The only thing good about it now is that it's 4 steps away from the BTS and across the street from Ekkamai bus station. It's better to pay a little more and stay in a quiet place. Avoid like the plague!

Staff are extremely nice and lady boss is kind to invite me for Christmas dinner with the staff. Can feel the unity and bonds among staff due to a nice boss. Everything is convenient staying at Hotel 63. The only disadvantage is poor ventilation due to no window.

Not a great experience
It was an ideal location for catching trains and buses but the room reeked of bleach to the point it made my eyes sore. I knew the room was windowless which wouldn’t have been an issue if not for the bleach chemicals I felt I was inhaling. I did not sleep at all. Couldn’t get any hot water for the shower. Breakfast was very minimal - little choice for vegan nd there was a cockroach in my room too!

Great place to stay in central Bangkok!
A great stay as always. This hotel is located in a wonderful position inside central Bangkok. I highly recommend this property to anyone who needs to stay near a BTS station in Bangkok Thailand.

Good place for a shower
I just stayed here for 1/2 day before a late night flight. The room is the size of the closet so okay for my purpose, but I wouldn't be able to stay overnight. They are very strict about check-in time.

Good value convenient hotel
Booked one night here at the end of a three week holiday in Thailand as I had an early flight home. Unfortunately I thought Ekamai was on the airport line but it isn't so I had to go to Praya Thai, and cut it a bit fine. But it's a very convenient location for Ekamai bus station where the Pattaya buses terminate, and for the Sky train. Also right opposite a large shopping centre with plenty of fast food restaurants. Rooms are small and mine had no window which meant there was no traffic noise. Comfortable and functional and very good value for a central hotel, but feels more like a backpacker hostel. Would recommend for one or two nights.

Highly recommend if you look for a cheap room.
Great location for Ekamai bus station. Room is clean, staff is nice. The shower wasn’t hot enough, that’s the only thing I can complain if I have to. I will use this hotel again for sure.

Good location next to BTS sky train station and 5 minute walk to Ekamai bus station . Good room except no Windows and sir con not brilliant ... but ok. Very good breakfast all you can eat buffet style. Very good value for money. Recommended

Air-condition lacks maintenance and dripping whole day and night. Poor wifi connection. The bath towel had been washed a thousand times. The toilet glass door was broken and removed ages ago and never replaced. I was not aware that "standard" room does not come with TV. The hotel was in a convenient location, next to Ekkamai BTS, which makes travelling around Bangkok a breeze. The morning breakfast is basic and simple - toast, cereals, and very homely chicken porridge. Missed the porridge.

There was construction and banging everyday - the hotel failed to compensate but HOTELS.COM gave me $40 credit - the staff were nice but did not think of moving me and the banging was at 0600 Sunday and relentless- On a positive note there was a decent breakfast and clean - the WIFI was terrible - NO safety box - TV very poor with no World Cup football despite Thailand having it broadcasted free on three channels country wide - for one night it would be okay as you are across the street from Ekamai bus station and BYS

The location is really amazing. A step from the entrance door to the elevator for the Sky Train BTS . The Getaway Shopping Center is also very good , direct access from the BTS . Only the white walls of the hotel's room was dirty . Ans in some room , no have television and no windows in the rooms . Otherwise is a great place .

Overall stay was decent for us and very convenient because it is directly outside BTS ekkamai. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is acceptable as well, however our bathing area keeps flooding. Wifi doesn't work as well. Do not expect too much.

Comfortable and neat, stuff friendly and relaxed, everywhere always very clean, breakfast was good too, water and delicious cookies available 24/7 in the lobby, so is self made tea and coffees, breakfast have fresh fruit, chocoball cereal, toast and jam (strawberry is the best), and rice soup etc , very happy after all. Loved my room, the stain glass effect on the wall is romantic and give just the perfect lighting, bathroom style is simple and urban, livening the little basket to put my little stuff in as well. ....
