Todo nos gustó!!! Excelente hotel, si algún día regresamos nos quedamos en el hotel. La comida excelente súper rica y las camas muy confortables. La atención en recepción por parte de Fredy fue excelente y nos ayudó en todo. Agradecidos con su atención.

This property was truly exceptional. A check in Fredy was so kind and helpful and made sure we had everything. The free bus pass with a stop out front was a total bonus as it was the start of the line and there were always seats. Dining and the bar were wonderful and the sister hotel canoe had great options for coffee and lighter fare. The rooftop hot tub was hot and perfect as was the sauna. Can’t recommend enough.

This is a wonderful property, comfortable, great view and easy walk (or bus that ran each 15 minutes) and received a well earned 5 stars. Only let down was the restaurant food, so we chose to eat adjacent to our hotel. A superior hotel.

Love the property, on site dining, coffee, hot tub, cleanliness Was a little far from town if I’m honest- 1 km walking or so- not as fun in the rain. Can take Roam bus but something about proximity is underrated

The hot pool with mountain view was amazing. We really liked it and all things are managed very clean. However, the room condition is not that clean. The micro oven was dirty with food and smelly when we took at the first time and the room floor is not that vacuuming well. Overall, hotel was nice with 4 point out of 5.

Hotel was very cozy & clean, really loved the coffee set up. The hot pool was nice in the evening. Pearl was awesome to talk to and set up plans with before we arrived. Max was very friendly during check in, and gave a lot of good information. The complimentary bus passes were an added bonus that we used more than I thought we would. It is about a 15min walk to downtown Banff, so the bus was handy to go back-and-forth. Overall we had a great stay.

Staff very friendly upon arrival even offered some good hikes nearby and what we should expect. Loved the spacious room and being able to see a view from our porch. Loved being able to walk downstairs to dinner and the beetroot cheesecake was amazing!!

The restuarant was very good here. For amount we paid and the star rating of this place, its a far walk into town and the staff isnt very hospitable. For example when we walked into oyr room at 6pm the room was visibly half made. The bed was made but the pillows were all over the couch. When we called they didnt seem to care. The service otherwise was decent but dry and not friendly or wouldnt go out of their way to help you in any aspect.

The hotel itself was fine. Not much to say. We did have an excellent breakfast at Good Food. The blueberry bison sausage was unique and tasty. The location was absolutely perfect. Right across the street were four things: 1. An A&W fast food stop, excellent for a quick breakfast sandwich before taking those long eight-hour tours. 2. A convenience store, excellent for grabbing a lunch sandwich for those long eight-hour tours 3. A hotel stop used for all of our tour pickups. 4. The ROAM transit bus for going downtown, to the gondola, Lake Minnewanka, and more. Bus fare is free if staying at the hotel. Throughout our trip, anywhere we had to go, we just walked two minutes from our room to those bus stops and we were on our way. It could not have been easier or more convenient.

Exactly what we were looking for - staff were immensely helpful (specific shout-out to Petra for her great advice and support figuring out our plans), coffee everyday was terrific (love the emphasis on low/zero waste), hot pools were stunning, room and facilities were lovely and very comfortable. Would absolutely return.
