Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. Very courteous staff. Good clean hotel in south Mumbai. We enjoyed our stay for the second time at this hotel. Good choice of breakfast. A wonderful view of the queen’s necklace from the ocean view rooms is the sunset too.
