「Everything was fine except for the stained towels and the remote control did not work properly. The back kept falling off even though they tried to keep it together with tape. But... the owners are great and very polite so we will stay there again. Great customer service goes a long way. I didn't complain about anything but I'm sure they would had replaced the remote and given me different towels. Good thing I always pack our own.」

「the gentleman at check in counter was welcoming, friendly and courteous. The parking area is well lit at night. The hotel is conveniently located and with walking distance to convenient store, McDonald’s, Dennys, Pizza Hut Wendy’s, Jack in the Box. The rooms are somewhat dated and had an overly dingy, humid and damp smell when we walked in. The beds had a burnt cigarette hole and red lipstick stains on the covers. The A/C had dust and lint on the vents. The shower head had poor water run...

「It's Motel 6 at the end of the day, and overall it was slightly below average. The room was clean, and the staff was very kind. My room had an issue with the hot water, as it wasn't well regulated. During my shower the hot water came and went. Other rooms in my party didn't experience this, so it was probably an isolated incident. No issues with the parking and security. It's a very safe area. I could have used a disposable laundry bag that wasn't provided. Bottom line, you will get what...

「If you need a cheap place to go and don’t mind an overall musty smell, dingy towels, hard mattress, the room door not closing well, or unknown substances on walls or bathroom door; then this is the place for you! I won’t stay here again.」

「When they say breakfast, they actually mean stale Cheerios, and watered down coffee. When you finally get into your room, you get hit in the face with a wall of smoke smell, we had to run to the store to get deodorizer and Lysol because we were scared to sleep in the bed. We made sure to wipe down every surface when we got back into our room because every time we got back into our room, there was a roach crawling around either on the counter or the floor.」

The clerk said there wasnt anything that could be done about the noise.
