Staff was good. I would have loved if the couch and carpet were new Surprisingly, this room had a little kitchen. Overall, good place to stay. They definitely need to work on putting more signboards to reach to the front desk. If you happen to arrive late, it's not easy to locate the front desk.

Disappointing, verging on intolerable.

The advertisements are lying about the pool. It seemed to be permanently closed. Breakfast is a joke and one of the employees couldn't even make coffee correctly (and I know it is something they are doing because it was fine with the other person). The rooms are clean, but dilapidated. The bathroom door wouldn't even close due to significant water damage. Housekeeping did come by every day, and the bed was comfortable enough. This hotel serves it's base function, but only just. Look elsewhere.

The room it's self was large seating area then a big room. Tiny tiny bathroom. Dirty walls holes in walls. Bedding was actually clean. And comfortable. What made all that worse is when we got up for the "breakfast" Bread for toast no butter or jelly. Cereal, bit no milk. No juice. Waffles probably would have been good but we were told there was no spray so no waffles. No muffins no donuts nothing. Breakfast starts at 6 am we got there 6:20 am So it's not like they ran out. So Never again.

The property was in really rough shape despite being surrounded by some nice businesses. The entire exterior (from the parking lot to the stairs to the buildings) was borderline dilapidated. The room was not particularly clean: it smelled of smoke when I first arrived, there was some noticeable trash on the floor, the sheets and pillow cases had various unknown stains, there was chipped and peeling paint on the walls and in the shower, etc. I killed at least a half dozen of some bug that looked like a miniature roach during my 3 night stay. There was no iron or ironing board to use for my clothing on my business trip, which is usually a staple. The Continental breakfast was just some cereal, a single waffle maker with syrup, and some white bread (I didn't even see a toaster). The air conditioning worked well though, the water pressure and temperature were good, and it was generally quiet while I slept. But sleeping is about the only thing I'd recommend at this property.

Room was clean n neat. Hot had too many childeren for any adult to enjoy it. Maybe put an age and time limit for children to enjoy as well as give adults thier chance. The room's bedroom air-conditioning was broken which made sleeping a little hard to do. Kept sweating throughout the night. Reported to management in the morning. Rest of the stay was fine.

BEWARE! Most disgusting place I’ve ever been to! Entry door was dented in at the bottom so didn’t close all the way. Filthy linens, towels, chairs, bed, chipped paint on the walls! Not only that, but also had to kill a roach. No phone. Almost as if it were a prank or something.

Do not stop at this place if you are a family or if you have kids my nine-year-old and I ended up staying because we had a field trip so we were traveling and the online needs to update their photos. Our fridge didn’t work our TV didn’t work. Our phone didn’t work and there was no hot water in the shower so we had to use like the a cup from the bathtub faucet. And the pool was empty and the continental breakfast is just cereal and coffee. It appears people live there and stay there and I just wouldn’t stay there if your family will have kids.
