"Stunning location. It is an Islamic hotel, so no alcohol is served on site, however there are several pubs very close by, so it really want an issue. It did also mean that there was no pork served at breakfast which was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise it is a lovely resort."

That said, the setting is so remarkable that food becomes a secondary concern — you’re too busy soaking in the beauty around you. There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other. I left with a sense of awe and admiration for the incredible detail and effort put into every inch of the property. "
