"Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach. "

"What a fantastic Villa. Stayed here for 18 nights and cannot fault it. The Villa is finished to a very high standard throughout. Loved the outdoor areas both for cooking and relaxing. The property is well maintained with the pool cleaned twice a week, garden daily and housekeeping as often as you choose. The pool was super clean ! Check-In was efficient. "We had a wonderful stay at Center Grand Resort. The property is truly stunning, with beautiful landscaping throughout. We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful garden art arranged by the grounds team—it added a special touch. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, and we appreciated the easy access to the pool. The housekeeping was thorough, and the private beach was lovely. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the gym, which felt a bit small and limited in terms of equipment. We hope this is something that might be expanded in the future."

"A very lovely hotel situated in a quiet but easily accessible part of Hua Hin. Rooms are ckean and spacious. Property had a beautiful pool and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Only two minor points: shower water could have been hotter and gym bigger with more equipment. Overall though a superb hotel"

"Thank you to the intire team for making our stay so memorable. Your hospitality was outstanding. A special thanks to Mr Ekalak Charnchatchawarn for paying attention to detail during our stayed at the hotel. Despite there were being an Indian Wedding, we enjoyed it and found some peace and quiet. The Kids Club team made my granddaughter's time unforgettable, and I really appreciate it. She was fully engaged there from the beginning to the end. The food and service were fantastic. The Sheraton is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends and we'll definitely be back."

Would I stay again?…….Yes One issue. Other guests putting towels on chairs/sun beds early and not using them for 1 or 2 hours. Management could stop this disrespectful action by some "
