「Overall is so good 」

「It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great. Overpriced for the area and overall building condition. Elevators out of order. Surroundings area has a lot of shrubbery resulting in an onslaught of mosquitos. No pool. No common areas to relax. No Security. There is absolutely nothing on the surrounding area other than a 7-11. Getting a taxi can be a daunting task. 20 minutes outside of the city. Not recommended for the price.」

「Have a better choice on service apartment in same price level. This hotel significantly below Mariott standard. Staff not well trained. Take the shoes on for house keeping. Restaurant staff focus on team briefing, not alert customer order taking when the restaurant is empty. Collect the plate and the knift fall on my foot. 「Staff can all speak in good English. Nice& cheerful. Nevertheless, Dusts & hair are everywhere, the door to balcony cannot be locked. Although the service apartment is all the way down the street, I feel ok in terms of safety issues. Oh! There are three adorable kittens at the car park.」
