"Experienced a fire alarm and got to get down and stayed out for almost an hour. However, it was a false alarm. Other than this, everything else was good and in order. Breakfast could have more variety or it would be too boring. "

"Your hotel 's staff is good . reception & cleaning staff is OK But,there is no patio and top roof. You must tell the truth,therefor your staff has problems. And if you have shower toilet,I will stay at Racha at least 20days for a year. . "

"The hotel was clean and our stay was comfortable. The staff was great. The only thing that was different was the layout of the bed on a platform to accommodate more people if necessary, however the switch controlling the lights was a bit awkward. "

"Second stay here and first time into the Priority Lounge. The hotel is in a good location with many family run seafood restaurants nearby. The lounge was disappointing and very much like a company canteen. There was only one sofa to relax on. Good staff service and acceptable snack food. The bar range was ok but somewhat limited compared with Club lounges provided by other hotel groups. I am not inclined to pay the extra for lounge access."

The amenities were everything that we were looking for including the flatscreen TV that allow me to watch my Netflix and YouTube. These features are hard to find in comparable locations. The food was of good taste and had lots of variety. The shower and bath. In the bathroom or clean. And modern was good water pressure and a deep bathtub. "
