"We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel when we traveled to Jordan from US. The Cliff Hotel locates exactly in central downtown so that almost all taxi drivers know where the hotel is. The owner and staffs are absolutely honest and friendly. They provided daily tour for us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea. " Property is being remodeled. Our room seems to be completely remodeled but needs bedside lamps,table to put luggage when opening instead of having to get all d way to floor. I used one of d chairs :) Also need bathroom caddy for toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, none provided) The biggest frustration on this accommodation was the lacking of signage-only sign is on front/main door, once you get inside, ur lost! "I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money.
