「It was too hot」

「The view from our room was beautiful of the river. The bar had great food and drink with a friendly, efficient staff. The view of the river great!」

「Loved walking the grounds. The dinner was amazing!」

「Great room and lovely staff」

「Great to have onsite decent gym with studio. Pool and spa. Restaurant had live music sat and sun nights while i was there. Was packed of locals and guests. Breakfast was tasty. Parking is only a short walk away. I was in the new area of the hotel which was a bit of an internal maze to get to (few stairs - there are lifts). But room overlooked river and bed was comfortable. Didn’t get any noise from the gym considering it was close to room. Enjoyed my stay.」

「Carpet on room was soiled.」

「Excellent accueil. Petit déjeuner très complet. Personnel très professionnel.」

「The reception staff (Debbie) was very helpful and arranged an early takeaway breakfast for us as we were travelling early.」

「Overall experience was nice that the surroundings and leisure club are pretty good. The thing we didn't expect is that there are some stairs going down to the room that we need to carry the luggage ourselves, which is not notified when booking. Also the air smells moldy in the corridor downstairs. But the room itself is tidy and clean.」

「The staff were all fantastic couldn't fault any of them. The bar area is great and has a good atmosphere.」

「Great experience for a quiet night in. Not much else to do. But if that is what your are looking for highly recommend.」

「Lovely property in every way. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Pauline, Chris, and their pups Penny, and Max were all wonderful hosts.」

「Basic accommodation in a building separate from the pub. My room smelt a bit weird. The shower lacked vigour and could not be detached from the wall. The staff were good.」
