「The property was amazing. It has been restored to all its grandeur from the 17th century. The facilities have been beautifully upgraded. The beds and pillows are heavenly. The food was absolutely delicious. We had a special Mexican tasting menu during g our stay which was better than anything I’ve had in Mexico. Thank you chef Martin and staff. 「Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and well located with free parking. Our executive room was large. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. A young staff throughout all areas of the hotel but they were very pleasant and well directed by older, more experienced, members of the team. My only concern, especially for US guests, is the lack of air conditioning. Our first night was quite warm and the room was equally as warm. 2nd night was fine. I would have some concerns if the temp got above...
