「100% Value for Money. Superior service apartment with excellent bed and kitchen. Even we back to hotel at 8:30pm, we may get the door key through a keypad system. Nearby with an excellent Spanish restaurant (Meigas) and we have the most wonderful night for our trip. Really sad we only stay for one night and definitely we would come back for more nights afterwards. 」

「What a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. 」

「*You can get room service everyday, not always available in some places. *The place is super clean: the toilets/ shower is sparking clean. *The service is fantastic: We locked ourselves out of the room, on a freezing night, (at around 8:30pm) and the staff didn’t hesitate to come and open the door for us.
