「I would not rate our room as a 3 star experience. The room was clean, but the door of the fridge cupboard was broken, and the bathroom ventilator was not working, so water in the bathroom did not clear quickly. The shower was a wet-room, so everything in the bathroom got wet when you had a shower. The hotel needs to have a proper system of drying the bathroom after taking a shower. 「Sin lugar a dudas uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado nunca. El edificio es precioso en una casa del renacimiento búlgaro. Decorado con mucho gusto. Habitación súper amplia con un montón de detalles, agua, botellita de vino tinto, blanco. Recibimiento con copa de vino. El spa expectacular y qué decir del desayuno, delicioso.
