If you planning to visit hissar, please do so, this is the hotel you should stay! Definitely worth!!! The spa, the room, restaurant everything was perfect of course the staff!!!

Our third stay at this hotel. Always satisfied. Friendly, helpful staff. Dinners tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast the same each day but varied and fresh.

The hotel was very clean, the pool too. The staff was very nice and polite. The food in the restaurant was varied and very tasty. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was quite cold for mineral water. It is located in a very convenient place, close to everything. There is a parking lot.

I liked the room and bath. It was spacious. Bath was modern. The draining in bath was slow and inadequate. Staff a little complacent excepting Galina Marinova - front desk as resourceful employee. Our room had a very nice balcony overlooking church and mountains. That was my favourite thing. I would stay there again.

Great dinners and breakfasts

Can't say enough about the fine restaurant for dinner and the breakfast. Dinner menu includes European as well as Bulgarian favorites. It was great! On the minus side, though I'd used Hotels email to indicate we'd be arriving at noon, we still had to store our bags for 2 hours and come back. The Wi-Fi was fast, but erratic. There was no water in the morning for at least 2 days of our 5 night stay.

Relaxing Day

Night manager was very helpful and freindly. Great knowledge of the area. Rooms were big and clean. Spa temperature was amazing. All facilities were working. Breakfast was also good.

Was only here as a quick overnight stay. Seems to be a town mainly thriving on spa hotels but with not much else to do.

Nearly perfect

It's hard to find any way of improving our stay at this hotel. The staff were marvelous and very helpful. Rooms were clean and attended to. The restaurant was fabulous in the evening with a large menu. Breakfasts were fresh and inviting. My wife reports that the pool and massages were first class. By the way, the location is also very good for seeing the historic core of the town. We would return.

The people in this place should not be called hotel staff - none of them is trained for this, they are indifferent at all times - not greeting when you come around the reception, not supplying the spa with the necessary items (towels), not caring about your but about their comfort - the night shift were talking to each other and smoking just below my open windows! With that kind of "service" the good impression of the positive sides, like the modern structure and the big well-equipped rooms, just fade out.
