The rooms are large, but unfortunatley the property is very dated. I stayed there for 1 night, and had requested a non smoking room. The room reaked of cigarettes, and was quite dusty in the corners. The hotel was located up a small hill, but to get there you had to pass a small park which was filled with homeless people and beggers, this made me feel quite uncomfortable - particularly as a solo traveller. The hotel pool looked nice. The decor of the hotel is very confusing with indonesian, chinese and Greek infulences. I was the only diner in the restaurant, food was good. Public area spaces are well maintained, but due to their cavernous size the hotel always seemed empty. I was surprised there was not a business centre, as advertised.

sangat tidak menyenangkan. saat check in belum dipersiapkan sehingga menunggu lama karena mencari print out booking dari hotels.com. saya sudah bayar masih diminta pembayaran. Kemudian menurut resepsionis saya tidak dapat sarapan, padahal saat memesan sudah saya pastikan bahwa saya mendapat sarapan. saya terpaksa membuka kembali email saya untuk menunjukkan bukti booking saya sehingga jelas bahwa pesanan kamar sudah dibayar dan sarapan sudah termasuk. hal yang paling mengejutkan adalah pihak hotel memberikan kamar saya untuk digunakan orang lain. setelah check in saya meninggalkan hotel selama satu hari untuk berkeliling. keesokan harinya saya kembali ke kamar terkejut mendapati ada dua orang mengisi kamar saya. padahal saya masih memegang kunci. alasan pihak hotel karena saya tidak menggunakan kamarnya jadi dianggap kamar kosong. saya tidak mengerti, saya sudah membayar, sudah check in, masih memegang kunci, bagaimana pihak hotel bisa beranggapan bahwa kamarnya kosong? Berdasarkan pengalaman ini saya mengharapkan pihak hotel dapat lebih profesional dalam mengelola kamar.

God service fra hotellets personale. Kun få taler engelsk. WiFi ubrugeligt på værelset og generelt dårlig forbindelse på hotellets område.

Lack of guest focus

We had two requirements for the stay: pool and wifi. The pool area was closed off on our first two nights due to weddings. The wifi was intermittent at best, and the scheme they've devised to generate user/password combos is a disaster because anyone can take over the session of any other room in the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite, although there wasn't anything wrong with room itself and it didn't help us with the real problems. The hotel is unfortunately a prime example of not understanding guest's basic needs: The doors have no sound insulation, and the luggage trolleys that pass through the hallways use hard wheels on stone tiles. They rattle themselves to death and resonates the entire building. The suites are slightly better as the floors have carpeting, but it only helps so much. Most annoying part was the muzak in the corridors: The same few songs over and over again, day and night, at concert volumes. Combined with the lack of sound insulation this was a major sleep-deprivator. Allegedly there was a broken equalizer, but I still don't understand why they choose to keep playing instead of turning the damn thing off, even after complaints. Oh, and the heavy furnitures are not too heavy to move around on the sleek floor tiles. Whenever someone does, it can be heard in the entire hotel.
