Great stay overall. Cleanliness, restaurant, staffs are great but one thing this hotel lacks is the WiFi connectivity. WiFi sometimes connects well and sometimes disconnects. For people who want to work with laptop, it could get frustrating at a time.

Comfy!

New & nice hotel, but I couldn't get wifi connection in my room. And on the last day of my stay the water came out very dirty & I was disappointed as hotel didnot react immediately, we called 3 times & they took action after we came down to the front desk. Anyway, hotel's condition is very nice & comfy.

Stay Away

Most disgusting, filthiest hotel i have ever stayed in. As soon as you step into the lifts, you can feel the grime. Things didn’t get better in the room. This place is in no way set ip for Western tourists. No alcohol was permitted, the food is rubbish, and the view out our window was the runway of the airport across the road. As there was no double glazing, we heard the planes land & take off from 5am -10pm. Do yourself a favour, stay elsewhere.

Waiting for ordered drinks and food took about 1,5 hours. First dish on the table after 40 minutes. Last dish after 1,5 hours. Not what you call a familydinner.. No one approaching for an explanantion. When I mentioned it myself there was a soft sort of excuse. Rooms so so. Not 4 star experience. I will not visit again.

It was a one night layover between flights but I booked the hotel because it is close to the airport and advertised room service from an advertised restaurant and bar. After travelling for most of the day I was looking forward to a nice dinner and a glass of wine, but there was no bar as noted in the listing. The front desk was also not able to provide converter plug to accommodate my electrical devices, decovered there were no towels in my room after I had already showered, and at midnight, there was a knocking on my door enough to wake me up, when I opened the door the gentleman handed me a towel. I was so over this hotel by that point I just took it and closed the door and went back to bed to sleep before my flight the next morning. Really felt the room was not cleaned before I got there, bedding seemed okay but the carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom counter was not cleaned. These were just the really obvious things.

Good Transit Hotel

The hotel is very close to the airport which makes it a good option as a transit hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The front desk staff was polite and helpful.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel. The staff went put of their way to help me. The room was clean and modern. Absolutely no complaints about any issue. Very close to the airport and they have a bus to take you back to the airport during the mornings. $7.00 via taxi.

The Hotel was what I was expecting from the pichures it was clean and tidy and the buffet had plenty of choices for a good simple breakfast to start the day the service of the staff was very good can speak English to a extent and are friendly and fast aswell always willing to help with a smile I would recommend them

Poor cleaning service

Checked in late night. Too tired to check the room. I believe have requested non smoking room. But when woke up in the morning I found cigarette butts in the room from previous guest. Report to the front desk but the officer just wrote it down and didn't show any prompt response
