「We asked for a wine opener. Staff said that they had one, but was not returned. They provided additional information that it was lost six months prior and never replaced. The staff had a care less attitude. When we asked for recommendations of where to go to eat, we received "crickets" Not my normal experience at all Holiday Inn.」

「Double room on 2nd floor was clean, fresh and well kept. Staff at nighttime check-in was pleasant and more friendly over the day staff. Breakfast was fine and had variety.」
