Rochester is not lLA or NY😟 I also would like to suggest to remove the shampoo and soap bottles on the wall in the shower and go back to small personal bottles. I would expect this minimal amenity from the royal park. I would expect the bottles on the wall in the Holiday Inn and not the Royal Park」

「Every staff member and the manager I met, were personable, helpful, courteous, and professional. They are a cut above many places I have stayed in my life of travels. In this day and age, where no one seems to understand the meaning of Customer Service, they were exceptional. As a sidelight, the food there is exceptional, including breakfast. If I’m in Auburn Hills again, I will stay there. 」
