"We had a mix up in our reservation but Natalia was very helpful and resolved it to our satisfaction. We were traveling with our teenage grandson and both Ava and Natalia made sure he was served food for a growing boy. We stayed in the new separate building and were very comfortable."

"While the room was clean we were disappointed in the room itself. We were provided 2 bath towels (no face towels and only one hand towel), no tissue paper was in the room, only two glasses and no coffee or tea. It felt like they provided the bare minimum. Of all the hotels we stayed in Iceland it was one of the most expensive but the most underwhelming."

"The room is too small, too windy outside. Dinning room is ok, has microwave. Bed is soft, room is clean with soap and shampoo, very nice. There is water cooker and refrigerator in room, nice!"
