「Nice rooms and staff No hot water was my only gripe shower just warm and only warm water in morning so no shave Breakfast very nice 」

「Fabulous food, wonderful staff, the room was exceptional in taste, style and comfort. Only downside sadly was single glazing and the noisy traffic. But a truly fabulous place with the best staff. Would highly recommend and hope they can get double glazing! 」

「Room was clean, bed comfortable, duvet a little thin. Water jets in bath needed a really good scrub…put me off taking a bath. Particular staff member in restaurant rather brusk. Walking away while we were still giving order….not exactly welcoming or skilled at dealing with guests. Breakfast quality and choice excellent. All other staff excellent. 3 stars to reflect comments above and price point. 」

「The gym and pool facilities are great and really made our visit. Room was comfortable and the bathroom newly refurbished. 10 min walk into town which made everything convenient. Would stay again.」

「Stayed for one night but had a very friendly welcome. Room was clean and modern with only some outdated features. Bar is open all night and car park is clean and well maintained. It was quite warm in the room as radiators were on full blast but was very comfortable once turned down.」
