"Our room was #219…a king-sized room..so the bed was comfy! But the carpets were old & dirty. The bathtub bar needs repairing as it came out when I held on to it. And if you are a light sleeper like me ..the train tracks are close so it woke me twice in the night😳"

"My stay was good it was fairly quiet --But I did leave a key deposit and a $50.00 damage deposit upon check-in. This should have been returned when I checked out. I told the clerk when checking out that he can come and have a look at the room for damage and then return my deposit--He said no it is all good and will be returned in a few days--Anyway the deposit should have been returned on check-out. That is my money not yours to use and return as you feel fit"

"We had a great experience, staff is super friendly and very helpful. Our large party wanted to play cards and staff arranged for a small conference room to play ! The facility is beautiful and offer many am amenities, pools, spa, bikes, kayaks, has a cafe. We had an upgraded room with 2 queen beds which were very comfortable in a separate room from the bathroom and full kitchen with dining table and the living room area. We only noticed a few things which need some attention. There are no black out curtains and the curtains which are sheer need replacing as they are torn. The cabinets in kitchen need touching up at bottom as they are very scratched and the coffee maker fits smallest cup which means it over flows. If you choose an average size coffee mug it doesn’t fit under the coffee drip so you have to tip cup and hold it. A few fixes and it would be perfect !!"
