"Basic accommodation. No elevator to the second floor. Self serve Breakfast very basic, no eggs or sausage/bacon. Breakfast could be improved with some bread other than white and labeled cereal type.
Staff was excellent. Nice clean rooms. Good location. Across from McDonald's fast food and a short walk to a good Canadian restaurant. Right beside a gas station."
"An excellent overnight stop. If I had been there longer would have asked about using the a/c, couldn't see how to work it. Unable to open the balcony door but didn't actually need to go outside. Would stay again for an overnighter."
"Although the hotel property is an older one, it has been remodeled and refurbished so everything is neat and clean and without any odors. The parking lot is small, but it’s included in your stay as long as you have one vehicle, it’s fine. Room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I did not notice any amenities, but there is a nice picnic area right outside, it’s next to a busy road but fine considering it’s a road trip.
My only feedback would be on the bathroom provided soap and shampoo, consider providing something a little more quality because the soap wouldn’t lather and I wouldn’t risk trying the combo shampoo conditioner."
"Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Did not have the water view so that would have been nice when you have a junior suite. Staff was generally very nice & helpful, although a front desk person gave a key to my room for another guest at check in. Indicated they would f/u with the manager, but I never heard what happened - dangerous situation if your wallet, credit cards, etc are in the room & you are not.
Food was very tasty for both dinner & breakfast, but they seem to be understaffed as you were told to come back for a seat while they caught up.
Hot tub was nice, particularly after 10 as it is adults only at this time. There were a few kids sports teams staying there & it was a bit of a zoo prior..."
