「Everything is great. Very helpful staff. They helped us got a taxi at a reasonable cost. Walkable distance to the Inya lake.
It's just a bit away from the downtown. Other than taxi, we have tried taking their local bus no. 28 (or 36) which cost us just 200 kyats each to get to the Sule pagoda area. Nice experience!」
「No hot water, towels are very old, and not clean , bath tub is high to climb up, toilet seat are broken totally no recommended for foreigners .I stay with my two sisters who are currently live in Myanmar, they even soooo disappointed.
I’m sorry to give bad feedback, but my purpose to do this is I want them to improve.
Again not worth it to spend $$$ on this hotel.

「This is my first stay at Excelsior. I have a fondness for Myanmar heritage hotels. The welcome was seamless and friendly. The room is very clean. I like the firm pillow and comfortable bed. Overall, the room was well equipped. This property is highly value-for-money recommended. I shall come back again.
