This time, my stay was better. Also I noticed that staffs are more alert, friendly and willingness to help. Partly due to my last negative feedback few months back. The hotel mgmt has been alerted, and took several precautions and measures,to polish up and toughen up the hotel service standards in terms of managing, handling of foreign guests,in areas such as Front reception to housekeeping. The front desk staff are more alert, tactful, and professional handling check in/check out, they are also friendly, warmth and helpful. I had a great opportunity to meet and dine with the hotel GM. He is really concerned about my past experiences staying in the hotel, he was open minded, a great listener, to our geniune feedback, a man of actions and not words. He give hotel guest assurances for better improvement in their hotel services. This time, my room (#528) has a faulty bedside lamp, the techy staff came, to reconnect the electrical wire embedded in the lamp mounting, they repaired it quite instantly. As for the food quality during breakfast, it was great. The food was delicious. The chicken curry, the Indian prata, the Indian potato curry, the black bean fish,nasi goreng, simple fried cabbage were done so perfectly, which reminds me of homecook food. Just simple, nice and warmth in my stomach. Thanks to Chef Mark and his team. Restaurant staff were good, helpful, willingness to serve. The front security staff, guarding the main door, they were also helpful, alert and kind. TQ🙏😍

Check in on 9 June evening, reception has difficulty to find me a room. They finally found a room on second floor (#rm 237),low floor, they said is an upgraded room for me. However, it was noisy at night, a lot water water pipping sound, worst mosquito in room. I got stung 3 times on my arms, bad swollen. Swell did not reduced even though I applied medicine. Shower room is a standing shower, rusted a little, water splashing out all directions, shower head is old and rusted. My stay in this hotel is worsening, everytime I check in. Each time, I had different bad experiences. Last trip, about 2.5 months ago. I had bed bugs bite. The only thing I like, is the hotel location, near to my partners office and the food (breakfast) in coffee house were good, coffee house staff were good too

I would stay again.

The hotell is from 1995, but due to the condition in the country it is a little bit worne. That is also the reason it seemd we where the only foreigners at the hotell. like carpets seems to be from -95, stil it is clean and every thing was working. We stayed at 6 different hotels in Indo-China during this wacation and they had the best breakfast for a European. Some of the dishes changed from day to day, so we didnt get bored by the same food for the 4 days we stayed and always a lot to chose from. The omelet made to order was wery good and no waiting in line to order it. The service from the brakfast staff was very very good, just like the service from every one else in the staff. Internet was also good. We where a few hours at the clean pool every day, but no one else where there. It is about 35x8m and 120-130cm deep. There is a smal mall(St Johns), 15-18min away in walking distanceand, downtown is 30 min away in walking distance, and it is very safe to walk. No scooters and no craysi driving. There is a big, well cept park on the other side of the road and entrance to the Shwedagon Pagoda is 200m away. The last day we checked out and then stayed at the pool for 3 hours before wee left for Downtown. Every taxi driver knows the hotel and wee tok a taxi from downtown, stoped by the hotel and picked up our lugage they had taken care of and contiuned to the airport. There is also a ATM outside the hotell. I would definately recomede the hotell

This time, I stayed in this hotel, I encountered bed bugs, I got bitten on my lower right arm, 4 bites. First time I encountered inhygenic mattress or bedding. The bite marks are still on my arm till now takes time to recover even you apply medicine.

No AC no hot water staff useless

The hotel itself was clean and in a good location. The AC did not work. The hot water did it work. We were offered to switch rooms and the AC didn’t work well in the next room. The next morning we checked out early and they stopped our driver from taking us to the airport because they wanted us to pay a few dollars for food when our room should have been fully refunded. We almost missed our flight. I wouldn’t stay here again.

文句なしにいいホテルです

大変ゆったりした部屋で、とても清潔、部屋から輝くパゴタが見え、景色が最高です。また、ホテルスタッフさんの対応が丁寧で素晴らしく、ミャンマーの人が大好きになりました。昼間歩き過ぎで疲れてルームサービスでディナーにしましたが、とても美味しい上に安い！また泊まりたいです。

Очень хороший отель в центре Янгона! Респектабельный, высококлассный, расположенный в пешей доступности от Пагоды Шведагон! Если выйти из отеля и пройти влево там будет остановка автобуса №37 на котором можно доехать до центра города (ТЦ Пан Пацифик), а также до Чайна Тауна. Заселение быстрое, номера чистые, завтраки прекрасные! Рекомендую этот отель, не пожалеете!
