「Good place」

「Stayed at Greendale for about a month. Really well furnished. I'm a germaphobe and this place is mostly immaculate. Friendly stuff, the pool came in handy during the hot days. Responsiveness from management to issues is satisfactory. 「Amazingly kind staff! 」

「Brian and his team did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and safe!」

「The location is outside of kampala and only a supernarket accross the dtreet mo other fscility sround the srea. They have nice room and gave a new gym build in their backyard. But you sre 40 minutes or more to sny other facilities.」

「I need my refund before I sue you. The hotel refused to give me a room. They doesn't have any contract with you. If I don't get my refund I will take this matter to coat of low.」

「Prompt housekeeping…」

「I book online and when I reach the girl didn't know what to do. because I was tired I promised to pay cash. After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception 」
