Abbiamo trascorso in questo hotel 7 giorni, camere e hotel pulite, non moderne ma vivibili! La pecca più grande è la gestione, nessun e dico nessun tipo di servizio, ne di accoglienza né di bar né di cena. Abbiamo avuto solo la colazione non abbondante ma se si andava presto qualche cosa so trovava. Per il resto il nulla cosmico, la cena non si poteva avere (non avevano il cuoco) la piscina di acqua termale( unica cosa bella) aperta dalle 10 alle 18 idromassaggio che non funziona......abbiamo chiesto e il motivo era che.....se lo accendevano non si spegneva più🤔 nessuno servizio di spa, massaggi,ecc In teoria ci sarebbe stato un bar ma era perennemente chiuso. Il frigo bar in camera c'era.....vuoto ma c'era😅 considerando il fatto che si trova in collina a circa 500m dal borgo più vicino anche solo per un caffe, una birra o un qualunque genere alimentare eri costretto a prendere la macchina ... Unica nota positiva è Antonio ( il ragazzo che si occupa un po' di tutto) e la ragazza delle pulizie gentilissimi entrambi

We didn’t stay as it was disgracefully dirty and the owners didn’t care. Told us we hadn’t paid for a room with a view when we complained about looking out at brick wall and scaffolding. Said we could move rooms for additional €75 per night but this room was as bad as the first one. Advertised spa didn’t exist, Refused to refund us

We made very bad experience here. I mistakenly booked our accommodation one night late and had to book this place in a hurry. We booked it via Expedia and paid 165€ for one night. I called them in advance to check if the booking went through. Even if on the internet it says they speak English, the very rude lady on the phone didn’t made any effort to talk to me because I spoke just English. Than we arrived. The lady at the reception made us feel so unwelcome. If you don’t like your job just change it. We booked a room for two adults and a child. But they didn’t had any baby bed, and the baby couldn’t sleep between us because we got two single beds. I don’t understand why I could book the room if there was no possibility for the kid to sleep. We agreed anyways to stay. At 20:30, one hour later we realised the Airconditioning leaked water and it was dropping very quickly and made very loud noise. We told her and she just said she cannot do anything for us. She also said the reception is closed since 8pm, but the on sheep of paper it said 9:30pm. So she left a pregnant woman with a one year old kid like this and just said reception is closed and she cannot do anything. I couldn’t sleep until 2am, because even if we turned off the Airconditioning it was making every 30min very loud noise or the dog was barking so loud outside. All in all a very bad experience. No Problem management from the receptionist, which was so unfriendly. One point because she gave us a bottle of milk.

Peaceful and warm stay in Bagni di Lucca Italy!

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Elena who greeted us upon arrival was absolutely lovely and professional, friendly and welcome! She greeted us warmly upon arrival and facilitated a smooth check in. She ensured that breakfast was to our liking and was most informative and helpful throughout the stay. The property is very quiet and peaceful.

Rather sad and poorly run

I was very disappointed by the hotel. The best part was the warm water in the pool. It is very poor value. Specifically, the room was noisy from a water filtration system overhead. I complained and the noise was stopped but so was all the water to my room. Fortunately, I’d already showered, but still had no water for sink or toilet until after breakfast. Talking of which, that consisted of three seriously under-baked croissants and a glass of orange juice. Extremely poor choice of food. No food was available in the evening and the hotel is at the top of a steep hill at least 25 minutes walk away from another place to eat. Sadly, the owners seem to have given up on trying to run the place professionally. Other places nearby are closed. Best feature was the view of the valley. This hotel was easily the worst value of my trip.

Une bien belle adresse

séjourner à cet hotel est toujours une belle parenthèse : quiétude (loin de tout), une petite piscine d'eau thermale très agréable, chambre confortable avec belle vue, bon pdj, personnel agréable... Nous y venons depuis des années et continuerons de revenir

Une déception !! Nous sommes déjà allés deux fois dans cet hôtel avant le Covid. Nous aimions cet hôtel pour les termes, le calme et l’hospitalité. Nous venons juste de passer trois nuits dans cet établissement, et je ne voulais pas croire les avis négatifs que j’avais lus. Effectivement ce n’est pas l’hôtel que nous avions connu: -nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure (160 euros la nuit) comme indiqué sur le site, et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, l’hôtel nous a donné une chambre simple (normal), et nous avons dû insister pour avoir la chambre que nous avions payée! Vous remarquerez d’ailleurs que toutes les chambres proposées (simples ou supérieures ont toute la même superficie) - les termes étaient fermés (soins, grottes…) et cela n’était pas indiqué sur leur site (en anglais). Ceci n’est pas admissible, car comme beaucoup on venait pour les termes. L’hôtel nous a dit que les termes étaient fermés pour des raisons administratives, mais entretemps un autre établissement a toutefois ouvert à Bagni di Lucca. -le restaurant de l’hôtel: nous avons diner trois soirs (car c’est plus simple de ne pas prendre la voiture le soir), je ne dis pas que cela est mauvais, mais un choix très limité. Surprenant que nous devions commander le midi pour le soir (donc plats préparés et réchauffé, au moins le service est extrême rapide). -Le petit déjeuner: très basique (seulement café et viennoiserie), Pour résumer, nous ne reviendrons plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

Outstanding property

Lovely hotel; everyone went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. We didn't use the thermal bath just because of Covid carefulness, but it looked absolutely divine. I would stay here again any time. Be aware that Waze might take you to a dead end; just stay on Via Bagni Caldi and you'll get to the front of the hotel.
