Schöne Unterkunft und nettes Ehepaar, das sehr um die Gäste bemüht ist. Gegend ist sehr ruhig und Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Typische italienisches Frühstück (eher süße Sachen als herzhaftes) und frischer Kaffe vorhanden.

Duschen var liten och rätt äcklig. Varmvatten fungerade inte och duschmunstycke var trasigt. Många grindar och dörrar som skulle låsas och låsas upp. Kändes som att bo i ett fängelse. Incheckningen tog lång tid. Rekommenderar inte detta boende.

Con la tua recensione hai confermato che sei una persona con seri problemi, le misure della doccia sono standard (7070), l'acqua calda è data da uno scaldabagno di 80 lt per cui se volevi l'idromassaggio dovevi prenotare una struttura adatta, ed il soffione è stato sostituito da un paio di mesi.Il check-in si è svolto nel tempo necessario per la registrazione dei documenti e le due porte d'ingresso sono un un'ulteriore sicurezza per i nostri ospiti.Per finire sconsiglio vivamente i miei colleghi ad accettare prenotazioni con questo nominativo.

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei gestori e' da 10 .La signora e' veramente una persona speciale. Le stanze pulite e profumate,il letto comodo,il posto silenzioso,la colazione superabbondante sembre come essere a casa anzi meglio perche' ci si sente coccolati. La sala colazione e' bella e la struttura offre un terrazzino dove potersi rilassare la sera guardando il tramonto su Palermo. La struttura e'anche associata a FIAB quindi amica dei ciclisti,ottimo punto per chi e' in bici.

un peu difficile à trouver de nuit. on a apprécié que Patricia , notre hôtesse, se "débrouille " en français. accueil chaleureux, prévenant, disponibilité des hôtes . cadre agréable, bien situé car près de la mer et des restos.

Très bon accueil, le logement est très bien pour le prix demandé. Nous avions pris une nuit ici un peu au hasard,pour terminer notre séjour en Sicile au bord de l'eau et ne pas devoir trop rouler avant de rendre la voiture de location à l'aéroport de Palerme le jour de notre départ. Malheureusement, comme dans beaucoup de villes en Sicile, les rues sont assez sales et la mer fait parfois penser à la cuvette d'un WC (la présence d'emballages de serviettes hygiéniques y flottant nous ayant par exemple dissuadé d'y mettre un pied). Bien sûr la propriétaire n'y est pour rien, mais cela gâche le plaisir . Hormis cela c'était très bien, et saleté mise à part, l'endroit a le charme d'endroits un peu surannés.

Patrizia was outstanding! She was the most hospitable hostess. She made my partner and I feel like family. The room was cozy and comfortable. The rooftop terrace offered beautiful panorama of the coast. Short walk to the boardwalk and local restaurants. I will stay here next time I am in Bagheria.

Great place with a great hostess. A short walk into town. A small town but a place where restaurants have homemade pasta with Sea Urchin on the menu. What a treat.

Lei è una persona sporca fuori ed ancora di più dentro, ha pernottato solo una notte perchè il giorno successivo doveva arrivare nella mia struttura l'ex marito della sua compagna, e poichè non ho voluto rimborsarle il soggiorno che era non rimborsabile, da vigliacco che è, si è inventato quello che ha scritto sulla pulizia, ma purtroppo per lei ed a a beneficio di chi ci legge, in tal senso parlano da sole in maniera eccellente le oltre 500 recensioni che abbiamo ricevuto nei maggiori motori di ricerca internazionali. Per finire l a invito a lavarsi di più la bocca quando parla dello staff e del B&B Marina d'Aspra.

Accogliente e tranquillo, come essere a casa.
Location carina, tutta circondata dal verde, posta al termine di un vialetto con villini a schiera. I titolari sono cordialissimi e pronti ad ogni necessità, consigliando posti e luoghi ricchi di storia da visitare. La tranquillità la fà da padrona e con la camera giusta si ha una vista mare, che seppur limitata, è suggestiva. Ci ritorneremo immancabilmente. A presto.

Great apartment & gated community in unkempt area
This great apartment is in a pretty gated community. The immediate area around the gated community is quite unkempt and at weekends there are some very noisy neighbours. However, nice restaurants on the sea front are 5 minutes walk away, and the main street in Aspra is busy with lots of places to eat. A supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The lady owner was very helpful and speaks good English. The apartment was is perfect condition and well furnished. There are two balconies: we used the one at the back (facing into the gated community). This was lovely for sitting on and watching the sunset over the mountains. We found this to be a reasonable base to explore Palermo, Cefalu and the surrounding areas. If you can't cope with Sicilian driving, then Bagheria train station is a 5 minute drive, with free parking in the vicinity of the train station.

Friendly homely welcome to Sicily
We were made to feel incredibly welcome even though we arrived later than expected. Easy parking away from the road and we could see our car from the balcony on our room. We were given good recommendations for places to eat in the local area. The square is a 5min walk and perfect for a pizza and beer and a stroll along the sea front. Breakfast was made with love - homemade cake and pastries and plenty of it! Would really recommend and would have no hesitation going back.

Buon giorno, io non so dove lei si sla recato il giorno della sua prenotazione presso il mio B&B, quindi la informo che a tutela del buon nome della mia struttura, se non provvede a rimuovere la recensione negativa che si è permesso di fare senza averne i requisiti (presentarsi in struttura o soggiornarvi), mi vedrò costretto a presentare denuncia scritta alle autorità competenti.

Very cozy B&B. Gracious staff. Clean and neat.
My arrival was greeted graciously, and my entire stay was excellent. The room was neat and clean and the parking was easy. The owner went out of her way to help me with the town because my Italian language skills are limited.

Fantastic Sicilian Holiday!!
Patrizia and Salvo are very friendly and helpful, we received a very warm welcome on arrival. We stayed there seven days, April 2017. Breakfast was always excellent and when they knew that my son could not have milk they always made sure that he had suitable food for breakfast. There are very good places to eat in Aspra around the town square. We found the location perfect for exploring Palermo and the north coast, we even drove to Mount Etna and the Valley of Temples near Agrigento as day trips. The view from the terrace is fantastic you can see the entire bay. A lovely place to stay.

B&B with a charming location and lovely hosts
Beautifully located outside of Palermo - neat the beach - but only a short train-ride from the city of Palermo, where good parking can be hard to find. Perfect parking-facilities outside the house. Charming house and rooms and a lovely host family, who clearly enjoys having visitors and tell them all about their wonderful island. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every bit of it. We saw some wonderful sights and visited nice restaurants, which we would not have found without the help of our hosts. And the breakfast was clearly prepared with a loving hand every single day. We can not wait to get back again :-)

Ottima struttura in posizione strategica
Ottima camera, comoda e pulita. Possibilità di parcheggio adiacente alla struttura in zona tranquilla. Buona colazione e proprietari gentili e disponibili. Si ha la sensazione di essere ospitati in casa. La stessa residenza è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Consigliato.
