"The property is well kept and very nice. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. I found this off the Vegas strip stay very competitive in price to the big casino hotels. The suites have everything you need for an extended stay. Highly recommended resort that became our go to place to stay. We really enjoyed being at Westgate Flamingo Bay !!!"

"Check in was a nightmare. Waitedin line for 30 minutes they only had 2 people at the counter. They said to use kiosk and that didn't work out."

"Disappointing experience overall. The room was far more outdated than I expected. No fan or vent in the bathroom, and the pocket door for the water closet and shower room was hanging on by its last legs. Rarely ever need to use the iron in the room, but of course I had to this time and the iron being attached to the ironing board with a short cable was ridiculous and made it impossible to use anything but the middle part of the ironing board. Housekeeping barged into the room twice despite the privacy sign hanging on the door. They were very rude. The room was clean and the view of the golf course was nice. Though not the fault of the hotel, the service at the oyster bar and Dupar’s restaurant downstairs was painfully slow. In hindsight, I would have just dished out the additional couple of hundred dollars to stay at Red Rock."

"The property was well kept, and the room was great. Especially since we had our dog with us. The rooms didn't smell like others had mentioned. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, very limited but than again it was included. "
