「The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. 」

「Totally saying it's okay. Nice kitchen, clean room and toilet. wifi cannot be connected... there's no reception desk and it's already 18 or 19 o'clock when we arrived, no one answer the phone because it's our of their working time. No AC & elevator, and our room is at 3rd floor...」

「Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Estuvimos alojados 4 amigos en la habitación 7. Tiene 3 camas en la planta de arriba (dúplex) en una zona abuhardillada. 2 de esas camas, están pegadas a la pared, y era incómodo por la noche porque si te levantabas te golpeabas la cabeza si no recordabas la posición, y además no podías aprovechar todo el ancho de la cama porque en la zona de contacto con la pared el techo es tan bajo que una persona normal no "cabía" cómodamente. Las camas no se podían mover,...
