"Shower was excellent. Air conditioning was excellent. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet. Hard to get to from airport if walking. Could not operate TV on our own - had to call for help. Back if tv remote missing and batteries falling out."

"There was not a refrigerator or microwave in a 3 bedroom apartment. We asked for extra towels because we had 6 people but only 4 towels were provided. They told me I had to pay for extra towels and I was shocked. I've never experienced this before"

"The hotel and rooms look tired and in need of a facelift. There is a cafeteria in the lobby which is a welcome addition. My room had a window and good view. TV picture was watchable but poor quality. I liked the BBC channel."

"The check in was stressful as the hotel had cantour reservations. It took some time to sort it out which was quite stressful. However the assistant manager Edwin Manchua was very gracious and helpful. The constant smell of cigarette smoke was a bit nauseating and really affected our stay. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well."
