"The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs. The weather in Vienna was very hot but we had excellent air-conditioning in the hotel which made our stay in Vienna very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful but we expected better housekeeping. We got freah towels every day but sometimes the used towels were left hanging on the hook."

The pool water was cold, the steam room hardly gets steamy since it’s not completely sealed, but the dry sauna was a dependable option."
