It was not as nice in reality as in the pictures. It was OK though. Basically clean. The light in the bathroom did not work. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I slept very well there. The area was inconvenient, far away from the centre of town, so that you are dependent on taxis to get around. The taxi drivers are good though and charged a fair price. I never felt ripped off by them. While the area did not feel overtly unsafe, it was pretty grungey, not the best part of town. Were I to visit Bacalar again, I'd probably look for somewhere else to stay because of this hotel's isolated location.

Would never stay here again, stayed in apartment with kitchen, fridge didn’t work, they didn’t do anything to help us, nothing to cook with a tiny frying pan, Fork and spoon and 2 glasses. Very noisy, packs of dogs barking all night long, and many roosters. Did not sleep even an hour for three days. Best part of this place was leaving. Would not recommend.

Personnel très sympa. Les chambres mériteraient un peu plus d'entretien. Un filet d'eau dans la douche et une serviette avec un grand trou. Petit déjeuner minimaliste, mais qui a le mérite d'exister. Hôtel recommandable si on est peu exigeant.

Chambre qui sent très mauvais l’humidité, très sale, draps troués et sales, serviettes de bain tachés, salle de bain sales. Aucun confort. Piscine très sale. Rien à voir avec les photos. Petit déjeuné très précaire. J’avais réservé 3 nuits je suis partie dès la 1ère nuit. J attends encore une réponse pour un remboursement. À bannir !!!!

Es la primera vez que me ocurre que hago una reserva por esta app y en el hotel no se encuentra registrada, la habitación se encontraba rentada en fin de semana y nos ofrecieron un hotel casa Selva y … Bacalar; este hotel nada que ver con ll que habíamos pagado se les dañó la tubería y un día estuvimos sin agua creo que todo esto hace quedar mal a la app de hoteles.com pues no tienen una revisión de los hoteles que anuncian, estoy decepcionada pues tengo más de cinco años ocupando la app para mis reservas tengo nivel Silver y es la primera vez que me pasa esto.En este caso hago responsable a la app pues la reservación no la hice directamente en el hotel.

el hotel es sencillo pero cómodo, te ayudan con absolutamente todo lo que necesitas, como tours y lugares para visitar, la alberca estaba siempre limpia, tener frigobar en la habitación lo cual fue muy cómodo, también tienen desayuno sencillo pero bien, sin duda 10 de 10 relación precio calidad

La posiciona estaba demasiado sucia. Te prometen early check in (dependiendo disponibilidad) y si había disponibilidad, y aún así nos dijeron que hasta las 3 en puntito. Pésima la actitud de la chica de recepción, no sabe nada sobre atención al cliente ni cómo resolver. Nos dieron una habitación que era para 2 personas, cuando la reserva decía que era para 3 y 3 camas, su solución fue achocar una cama extra cuando en la foto se ve algo totalmente diferente y me echaron la culpa que porque yo solicité una habitación en la planta baja, cuando nunca pasó eso, adicional, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 7 pm a que trajeran la cama y mientras no podíamos dejar el hotel; otro adicional, fue que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y metieron a gente a darle mantenimiento durante nuestra estancia y teníamos que estar pendientes de tener gente adentro con nuestras maletas. El estacionamiento solo tiene espacio para 3 carros, si no alcanzas, lo dejas en la calle sin nadie quien lo vigile. Cierran el acceso del hotel a las 12 am y ponen a un velador a abrirte si llegaste después de esa hora, pero cuando lo hicimos el velador estaba dormido y nunca despertó, para la buena o mala suerte, estaba abierto el portón y pudimos acceder, así de fácil cualquiera puede entrar y no hay seguridad. El desayuno es pésimo y tienes que correr suerte que te toque mesas limpias o que la anterior familia no haya ensuciado. La parte de los kayaks no tenían suficientes y no nos dijeron eso. No recomiendo.
