「Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us」

「Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de Porto. Bij aankomst werd onze auto door het personeel geparkeerd want de parking is nogal lastig te vinden. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig, en de sushi in het restaurant was heel erg goed. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, modern en netjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader. Enige nadeel aan Tivat is de infrastructuur. Er staan vaak files.」

「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. 「This is our second time staying at Hotel Allure and we couldn’t be happier. The hotel is extremely clean with cleaning staff on hand every day providing new towels and linens. 「We absolutely loved this classy hotel, and had a great holiday. The Georgian restaurant where we also had breakfast next to the sea was excellent, and everyone was so hopeful. The only quibble is the price of the transit to the airport, which was a bit high. But the room was also very well-appointed, too. 」

「L'établissement était très bien situé avec sa plage privée ses restaurants et bars. Services au rdv, personnel au top et au petit soin dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous avions une villa 1 chambre juste à côté d'une des 2 piscines extérieures 😀 et avec une vue à couper le souffle sur Budva et la mer. Nous recommandons le lieu même plus que sur Kotor qui est très prisée mais Budva est magnifique !」

「Wir haben ein Upgrate bekommen, sodass wir in einem großen Apartment geschlafen haben. Dort war eine große Küche und ein großes, renoviertes Bad. Es war sehr sauber. Nur das Bett ist schon etwas älter und knackt bei jeder Bewegung. Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben bei der Parkplatzsuche geholfen und beim Tragen des Gepäcks. Das Frühstück war gut. 」
