「We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year! 」

「The staff at Phaea Blue and the location are what made our trip so pleasurable. The resort feels like a village on the hillside. The area is quiet and the village of Plaka is close by and walkable. We ate their each night and the food in Plaka is superb! We booked a Luxury Bungalow with pool and sea view which was delightful and lovely after a hot day on the beach. Will return.」

The pool had problems with the paint that was pilling off and the surrounding tiles were slippery. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The lack of parking space is a thing that should be solved.」

「We loved our stay at Meliti hotel, the staff was very nice, and we are already missing the wonderful view. Breakfast was lovely and different every day and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. As the hotel is located equidistant from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda you would be better with a car, although at the bottom of the street there is the bus stop for both places. Nearby tavernas we tried were also very nice. 」

We arrived close to midnight on our check in day due to a late transfer and were welcomed by a very friendly member of the reception team who kindly showed us to our room and then informed us that the kitchen staff were kind enough to save dinner for myself and boyfriend which was a lovely touch after a long journey. 「Laid back luxury. Fantastic hotel, one of the best we’ve been to. Went for baby moon. Place is quiet, full of families with very well behaved children, teen children, and couples looking for a relaxing time. All amenities are great - likely recently renovated. Food was delicious, didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for 7 days. Sun loungers are high quality and comfortable. Room is spacious. The staff is on another level of professionalism. 「Lovely hotel! The staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, and the location is great. Very close to town Center and the very popular, Voulisma Beach. Hotel beach was good too but it is a pebble beach. Sandy beach is a 5-10min walk away. 」
