Great place, very close to the train station. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Place was clean, felt cozy but there was plenty of space for our bags.
They offer a good selection of toiletries and teas.

We had a connecting room for us and our teenage kids which was great. Gave us some space and each room had its own bathroom. Modern amenities. Good location. Washer/dryer in building was handy. No view but it was okay. Would stay again.

staffs ar all friendly n helpful, provided the kitchen kit to us for shabu shabu in room.
location is good n closed to omicho market.
room facility is as good as always, the tokyu stay hotel group is always my first choice while staying in japan.
