Make sure to check in via the screen by the front door to get the door pin! Place was spotless and had everything we needed to cook, clean, eat, and enjoy! Even has a wet bathroom and a nice bath tub! Laundry was awesome with detergent and softener provided! Close to a family mart down the street. Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. "We stayed at this hotel two nights ago, and our room then was much nicer. Appears this room needs to be refurbished. It was much older and had a strange layout. The shower for did not close making everything wet when showering. Tried to do laundry again. Couldn't even get in to dry our clothes from the rain even after waiting four hours. The hotel should consider getting more units if they are so popular OR make it clear that you probably can't do laundry. We were told on the Expedia site that...
