We really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast is very tasty and substantial, and the rooftop pool and executive lounge are certainly pull factors! The rooms are also very lovely and clean.

Perfect hotel

So nice, I was worried reading its old reviews at first, but after one night stay - expecially breakfast, found its actually so nice, and the fascilities are clean. Breakfast so nice!! Hotel counter ladies so kind and helping, even guards too kind. Among my more than 100+ hotels as business traveller, one of the top 5 hotels - at least my stay. ** But need a car, around these area is a bit inconvenient for foreigner

2 night great stay

This place is a must if you’re in the area. Service was white glove top-notch, they upgraded me even tho this was not a VIP access hotel from Expedia. The room was super spacious, luxury apartment style, everything is there for your needs. Room service is a tad expensive, but a small nag considering the overall experience was enjoyable. WiFi is good. Will 100% stay again without hesitation.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Zufahrt zur Autobahn, wir hatten jedoch einige Mühe die Zufahrt zum Hotel zu finden. Von den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Ayutthaya ist das Hotel ca. 5 km entfernt. Unser Appartment war gross und gut eingerichtet, die Betten waren aber hart, und die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht wirklich steuern. Der Pool und Whirlpool auf dem Dach sind ein Highlight des Hotel, von oben hat man auch eine gute Aussicht. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, die Qualität aber nicht ganz top. Das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung ist aber sehr gut.

Worse Kantary Hotel Experience

I have been to Kantary Hotels for a few branches but never experienced such a poor service like this one. There was some problem with the aircond which we did inform early evening. The guys came and told us they fixed the aircond but it wasn't. Later the night the aircond didn't function as it was supposed to. They simply asked us (pregnant women and 2-1/2 year-old kid) to move to the new room in the middle of the night without sympathy! this hurt me the most. They could have taken action earlier or checked prior to our stay.

Nice

Very nice hotel with great amenities ! The only bad part about our stay was ! We were given a corner room so pretty all day the room was in the sun ! A little hot but comfortable

Frühstück war eine Zumutung. Sauberkeit und Service beim Frühstück ebenfalls eine Zumutung. Waren im 15. Stock und noch immer war der Strassenlärm die ganze Nacht zu hören. Im Zugehörigen Kaffee war ein Bier erst ab 17h00 zu bekommen. Preis / Leistung Stimmt hier bei weitem nicht. Keine 4 Sterne würdig.
