「虽然开车转了几圈才找到，但位置是很好的，离商业区和湖滨都不远，边上就是大教堂，还有一个摆了几门炮的古迹。免费升级到了套房，房间和卫生间都很大，用旧木材装修，和现代家具形成对比，既舒适又怀旧，和古老的建筑很般配。据说有名人住过，但介绍的名字不认识。曾经有两位美国总统在酒店的餐厅里吃过饭。米其林2015有推荐。」

「Notre 2ème séjour dans cette hôtel toujours aussi agréable. Cette fois, nous avions même une chambre ultra spacieuse pour séjourner avec notre enfant (canapé lit) et notre bébé (lit à barreaux) Service impeccable. 」

「Super convenient location right across the main train station, the room is small but has all amenities needed, unlimited supply of still water and sparking water, free mini bar albeit limited items. Really good value for money. 」

「I was impressed how well the staff handled the difficult situation in which I needed to relocate to another hotel since the room I booked was not available anymore. One of their team members took us to another (very nice) hotel, paid for the taxi, ensured express checkout and made sure the breakfast was included. Building customer loyalty in unexpected situations is not an easy task, but this team did an amazing job. Will come back for sure.」
