"Lovely old inn located ideally for Harry Potter World and LEGOLAND. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious, we stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant. Only slight recommendation for improvement would be that the menu for evening meals could offer a little more choice when staying more than one night. Our room was huge and we would definitely stay again. "

"Had to pay a 20 pound early check in charge pp, its 10 pound every hour you want to check in so bear that in mind. But overall was good bedroom, comfy bed, good blinds to keep sun out, shower was ok, mot great or powerful but does it's job. "

"Loved our time here. The lication is great, the pub below is quiet and the room was cozy. The building itself is such a lovely example of 18th century architecture- with its whimsicle turns and uneven floors. And the breakfast was delicious! However, the true stars of the place are the people that work there. Every person we engaged with went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was both pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely return!"

"The property is located not too far from Heathrow which makes it handy to get clear of the heavy traffic. The reception was genuinely pleasant, courteous and professional. For the fees paid to stay it’s extremely reasonable, the carpet in our room needs attention but other than that very good value."

"A recently renovated room i think ( room 3) New bathroom- and powerful hot shower . Love the unusual wall paper! Room extremely clean and had all expected extras ( tea , coffee , biscuits ) No bath. (( if that’s your preference) Also located up stairs so some people may find that difficult. Easy access from courtyard and easy parking onsite. Fabulous breakfast. From bacon and sausage to avocado and sourdough. Great coffee and service prompt and friendly. "

"Room is large and comfortable with fully functional kitchnette. There is no air conditioning so it can get very warm when the outside temperature is hot. Fans are provided but it is still quite uncomfortable to sleep at night when it is hot. If you are facing the road it is quite noisy with the windows open."

"Excellent value for money only 10mins drive from legoland which is why we stayed. Local amenities super close by and free parking! Makes it better value than a “main brand” hotel stay. Would definitely use again. "
