If you have an allergy to a certain food, make sure you let them know in advance so they can prepare your breakfast properly (they start preparing breakfast the day before, so if you didn't tell them in advance, they can't change it). "Beautiful place to relax. Located in an Onsen town, Tachibana Shikitei provides mulitiple opportunities for guests to relax and enjoy nature. I took a walk to the temple, shrine, and through the quaint Onsen town. Took advantage of the bath 3 times! Would absolutely love to stay here again."
