Onsen was nice, room was large/well maintained, and the buffet style food was surprisingly good.
The exterior around the property needs some work, but once you’re inside you couldn’t care less.
it was a wonderful solo trip to Yamanaka. the hotel was relatively new and nice room. everywhere was so clean in this hotel. they have open air onsen and resting area with popsicles and tea after bath.
I went for AYCE breakfast and dinner half board option.
