"The property is well equipped & clean. The sauna provides relaxing moment in modern style. Excellent! We just left the bathtub which is open in the middle of the Villa as we were a group of 4. "Overall the hotel is located near the station, Rinku Town. We appreciate the convenience around such as shopping and dining options. Everything is walkable distance. However we requested a nearer room located to the elevator lift. They gave us a room at the end of the floor. It was difficult for us to move 3 luggages with a toddler to reach our hotel room. Overall, amenities were ok, staff could be friendlier to tourists too"
