"Clean, well equipped, clearly explained key access. But very bad sound insulation. I could hear the person in the room breathe (not even snore!) as if they were in my room. From the room above, you could also hear every single footstep very loudly. Bring ear plugs!"

Comfy bed, shower amazing, hot tub was awesome addition. Great night away and we will definitely be returning. Dont go to Lygon arms in feckenham ( village closest) food, service was not great at all. Redditch is close by and Hanbury hall"
